Leading Insight is a management consultancy that want to extend their professionals services from B2B directly to consumers, by creating an on-demand learning.
The Opportunity
We were tasked to research, strategise and design an on-demand-learning experience, to help Australian public servants up-skill, advance in their careers, and achieve their professional goals. Through user research (interviews and synthesis, surveys and competitor analysis), four key themes were identified and translated into actionable questions.
The Solution
Ideas were chosen based on high value and high feasibility features. Storyboarding the new user experience with these new features guided the initial designs. Created mid-fidelity wireframes to test and agree on the structure of the website and general directions of the main user flows.
Result
A very happy client received his on-demand learning website through high fidelity wireframes and prototypes, with additional features like a simplified purchase approval process, provided social proof through testimonials, prominently showcased instructor's expertise, and much more.
